The EXOMIST002026 is a high-performance coalescing filter element designed to replace Hankison E5-32 cartridges in industrial compressed air systems. Its micro glass fiber media captures oil aerosols and solid particulates down to 0.01 micron while limiting residual oil to 0.01 ppm, meeting ISO8573-1 Class 2 requirements. This makes it ideal for applications where clean, oil-free air is essential for process quality and equipment longevity.

Rated at 7.2 Nm3/min, this element supports large air distribution networks feeding multiple workstations, laser cutters, or sandblasting booths. The 68 mm outer diameter and 335 mm overall length fit standard Hankison and generic housings without modification. Clean pressure drop remains below 0.01 bar, contributing to 5-7% energy savings over the 8000-hour service life. Weight is 0.75 kg for easy handling during changeouts.

The coalescing mechanism combines direct impaction and Brownian diffusion to capture liquid oil and water droplets on microglass fibers.
